well...this is a flapper lady haha...i wanted to draw it because i was tlkn to absentmindedpenguin about our ideas for George Bernard and Lilian Rose...and i came up with an idea to have them be in really cool Roaring Twenties outfits...and for Lilian Rose to be a flapper...so i wanted to draw one lol...but this isnt Lilian Rose...that drawing is all up to absentmindedpenguin
